This matcha is recommended for a slightly more luxurious morning cup. We use only "Miru-me" buds, which is the tip part of the first tea grown with great care in the Mino Shirakawa area in the eastern mountain part of Gifu Prefecture.

Matcha TEBQOO, which uses only "Miru-me" buds from Mino Shirakawa, which is filled with an elegant fragrance and sweetness that you have never felt before. This product is 200 serving size (1 cup 1g, 1/2 teaspoon), and even the highest grade matcha can be enjoyed at this price.

Japanese 天空(Tenqoo) means airy region of the sky. As the name suggests, it is grown without pesticides in tea fields at an altitude of 850m, which is by far the highest. This altitude is almost twice as high as other tea-producing areas, so heat and cold gap of the day is large, and the umami sweetness accumulates in the tea leaves. In addition, the river mist that rises from the foot moderates the sunlight and makes the tea leaves soft with little astringency. It is supported by traditional agriculture that has continued climbing steep mountains for 600 years.

The precious "Miru-me" buds of Mino Shirakawa are less than 0.001% of the production of Japanese tea leaves. We couldn't forget the excitement we felt when we first tasted it, so we cannot help procuring it and were able to produce it as yearly limited production TENQOO series.
