ZENJIRO Hojicha Mino Shirakawa is our representative product. Kuroda Kyubei's 450th anniversary special edition Hojicha was born.

Using only 0.1% of the production volume in Japan, precious Mino Shirakawa first flush tea leaves are used and roasted luxuriously to overturn the conventional wisdom of hojicha. The tea leaves are certified by Gifu Clean Agriculture, and are grown without the use of pesticides during the cultivation period.

Finished with the finest hojicha tea with a fragrant aroma and rich taste.

You can enjoy it with either cold brew or hot tea. In the case of cold brew, it is best to add room temperature water and carefully extract for 1 hour in the refrigerator. For warm tea, brew with hot water around 90˚C.
