Our flagship product, ZENJIRO Sencha Mino Shirakawa. Kuroda Kyubei's 450th anniversary special edition sencha was born.

Precious Mino Shirakawa first flushed tea, which is only 0.1% of Japan's production volume.

This is a limited edition model with a limit of 100 bags made from the finest tea leaves of local Yasue masters who will be exhibited at the competition fair. Mr. Yasue is certified by Gifu Prefecture as a Hida Mino Specialty Master.

The strong umami of theanine and the subtle astringency of catechin create an exquisite balance.

You can enjoy it with either cold brew or hot tea. In the case of cold brew, it is best to add room temperature water and let it brew in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes. For warm tea, brew with hot water below 70˚C for about 1 minute. For the 2nd and 3rd infusions, raise the temperature slightly or lengthen the brewing time.
